Women know that health and exercise are an important part of life...in fact, we are usually the ones to make sure our families eat right, get their check ups, take their vitamins. We might even go so far as to schedule activities to get our families off the couch, or to make sure they get to sports practice or dance.
However, there is one area that us women tend to neglect...thats right, NEGLECT. Thats ourselves. I have news for you, if you aren't taking good care of your own health and exercise needs, you aren't doing a good job taking care of your family. Because they need you, and they need you to be strong and healthy.
